We deeply integrate ripple detection with Hall sensor technology, leveraging the Autosar architecture and current mainstream chips to develop a high-integration door control unit (DCU). The solution incorporates in-house developed control algorithms for motor stall detection and window anti-pinch protection, designed via MATLAB/Simulink modeling, supported by a complete HIL bench and on-vehicle calibration testing system. We have achieved precise control and fault diagnosis for modules such as doors, windows, and rearview mirrors across multiple vehicle models, empowering OEM customers to enhance the intelligence and reliability of body control systems.
